Wikipedia amazes me. In a matter of a mere few hours I was able to integrate together a series of Wikipedia articles covering various topics in the field of Molecular Biology, which I regard as nature's version of Nanotechnology. I used the Wikimedia book writing feature to produce the core document, added a cover and preface using Word and Acrobat, and uploaded it to DropBox as a PDF file. (Warning: 65 MB file size.) Additionally, transfer to my Kindle DX was effortless. Finally, I was able to order a full-color hard-cover two-volume hard-copy version of the same, but at just under $100 for the full printed package, most people will be happy reading the free version on their iPad.
